Welcome
I am so excited to be at McFadden! This is my 12th year here at McFadden. My goal in the classroom is to help the students learn what they need to become successful in their home, community and school. And to love Science and Social Studies! I'm looking forward to a great year!
I have 2 wonderful children. My son, Jacob is a Professor of Math, at Vanderbilt University teaching Calculus. My daughter, Rachel will begin her third year in medical school at UT-Memphis in August. Her husband, Derek is a computer programmer working remotely for University of New Mexico. My husband, Scott and I like to "hike", and keep the roads hot visiting our kids. I like to read, cook, eat-out and travel. I graduated from David Lipscomb University and MTSU. I've taught at Christiana Elementary, MTCS, McFadden, and Radnor Baptist Academy first, second, third, fourth and art. We are UT fans, ND, UM and now (Sorry, I can't claim to be a Vandy Fan). I can't wait to get to know your families.
