Dr. Clark Blair
Principal

Dr. Blair has been in education for 33 years. He began his career at Christiana Elementary where during that time he taught all subjects in Grades 5-8 and coached basketball from 1991-2003. He became assistant principal at Christiana Middle when it opened in the fall of 2003. He moved to the principal position at McFadden in 2005. He has a Bachelors Degree in Education from Middle Tennessee State University, a Masters degree in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University, an Educational Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Doctorate in Education from Tennessee State University. His wife, Tamera, is the principal at Riverdale High School. The Blairs have two children; their daughter, Devin, is a home health nurse, and son, Nolan, is a senior at MTSU. Dr. Blair spends time away from school involved in activities with his family. He loves sports, especially Tennessee Vols, and is a member of the North Blvd Church of Christ.

Mr. Andy Roach
Assistant Principal

Mr. Roach has been an educator in Rutherford County for 15 years. He began his career as a middle school math teacher before joining McFadden School of Excellence in 2014, where he taught 4th grade for five years. In 2019, he became Assistant Principal, serving both McFadden and Homer Pittard Campus School, and transitioned to full-time Assistant Principal at McFadden in 2020. Mr. Roach holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Middle Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in K-12 Administration and Supervision from Bethel University.
