Dr. Clark Blair

Dr. Blair has been in education for 29 years. He began his career at Christiana Elementary where during that time he taught all subjects in Grades 5-8 and coached basketball from 1991-2003. He became assistant principal at Christiana Middle when it opened in the fall of 2003. He moved to the principal job at McFadden in 2005. He has a Bachelors Degree in Education from Middle Tennessee State University, a Masters degree in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University, an Educational Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Doctorate in Education from Tennessee State University. His wife, Tamera, is the principal at Riverdale High School. The Blairs have two children; their daughter, Devin, is a home health nurse, and son, Nolan, is a senior at Central Magnet School. Dr. Blair spends time away from school involved in activities with his family.  He loves sports, especially Tennessee Vols, and is a member of the North Blvd Church of Christ.

Mr. Roach has been in education for 11 years.  He began his career at LaVergne Middle School as a 6th and 7th grade math teacher.  In the fall of 2014, he came to McFadden to teach 4th grade math, a position he held for five years. He became assistant principal at McFadden School and Homer Pittard Campus School in 2019.  In 2020, Mr. Roach was assigned full time at McFadden to serve as assistant principal and academic coach.  He has a Bachelors Degree in Education from Middle Tennessee State University and a Masters degree in K-12 Administration and Supervision from Bethel University.  Outside of school, he enjoys traveling, trivia, antiquing, and woodworking.
