Welcome to my webpage! I’m honored to be part of the McFadden family—a truly special community that has had a meaningful impact on my life, especially as my three children have attended elementary school here.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (K–8) from Middle Tennessee State University, a Master’s degree in Reading and Literacy from Walden University, and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. I also earned a Gifted Education Certificate from Vanderbilt University.
With 24 years of experience in education, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings, including Rutherford County Schools, Middle Tennessee State University, and the Montessori Weaver School.
My husband and I have been married for 23 years, and we are proud parents of three wonderful daughters—one in college, one in high school, and one in middle school.
Outside of school, I enjoy cheering on my daughters in their many activities and sports, spending quality time with family, staying active, reading, and seeking out new adventures whenever I can.
My greatest hope for my students is that they feel supported, valued, and inspired to enjoy their educational journey.
