Welcome
Dr. Blair is in his 32nd year in education and 18th year as principal at McFadden. He began his career at Christiana Elementary where during that time he taught all subjects in Grades 5-8 and coached basketball from 1991-2003. He became assistant principal at Christiana Middle when it opened in the fall of 2003. He moved to the principal job at McFadden in 2005. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Middle Tennessee State University, a Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University, an Educational Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Doctorate in Education from Tennessee State University. His wife, Tamera, is the principal at Riverdale High School. The Blairs have two children; their daughter, Devin, works as a Home Health Nurse, and son, Nolan, is a sophomore at MTSU studying accounting. Dr. Blair spends time away from school involved in activities with his family. He loves sports especially the Tennessee Vols and is a member of the North Blvd Church of Christ.
